About Kotter: Kotter is a consulting and training firm that partners with clients to achieve blockbuster results faster than leaders believed possible by enabling more leadership from more people. We are seeking a Principal to support our growth in London, UK, and EMEA. This key position will play a significant role in expanding our regional practice by partnering with organizations to achieve exceptional results in the current economic landscape.

Role Overview: The Principal role is the foundation of our engagements, involving managing client relationships across multiple levels, designing and delivering workshops, facilitating courses within Kotter’s Change curriculum, and contributing to business development and thought leadership. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, facilitation, leadership coaching, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the implementation and execution of engagements.
2. Producing client deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring objectives are met.
3. Facilitating workshops, off-sites, and client sessions.
4. Scoping client engagements and developing staffing and pricing models.
5. Developing content such as blogs, white papers, and case studies.
6. Managing client retention and business development activities.
7. Utilizing MS Office, Google Suite, and online collaboration tools.
8. Traveling within London, UK, and EMEA region as needed.
