Version 1 is seeking a Principal Oracle EPM Cloud Planning Consultant to lead strategic planning transformations across government, public sector and enterprise clients. The role combines technical authority with programme leadership in a hybrid work model.

You will guide end-to-end transformations, mentor delivery teams, and influence executive stakeholders while collaborating with pre-sales and growth initiatives. This is a high-visibility, trusted-advisor position.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (PBCS/EPBCS), including multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
• Proven leadership of complex, multi-stream planning transformation programmes.
• Strong technical expertise across planning models, calculations, dashboards, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Programme & Delivery Leadership: Own the full lifecycle of large-scale Oracle EPM Cloud Planning programmes and lead multiple workstreams with governance and executive reporting.
• Solution Design & Technical Authority: Act as principal design authority for Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (PBCS/EPBCS) and drive architecture across models, dashboards, and integrations.
• Client Advisory & Stakeholder Influence: Build relationships with CFOs and senior sponsors; run workshops and translate complex solutions into business narratives.
• Pre-Sales, Growth & Thought Leadership: Lead pre-sales, proposals, demos, and bid responses; contribute to accelerators and thought leadership.
• Team Leadership & Capability Development: Mentor consultants, drive capability strategy, recruitment and excellence.
