Job Title: Principal Or Senior Structural Engineer
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent with an initial six-month probation period
Working hours: 37.5 hours/week - Monday to Friday (part time also considered)

We seek a Principal or Senior Structural Engineer to join our friendly team based in Ivybridge, Devon, working on a diverse range of exciting and challenging Structural Design and Inspection projects across the beautiful Southwest region.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing technical and professional leadership as well as supporting others in the delivery of a range of structural engineering design works including the following:

Training:
We offer strong support for engineers working towards chartership or incorporated status, whether through the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) or the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). We provide structured one-to-one mentoring, regular development sessions, and financial support for relevant external courses and industry events. In-house CPD covers both technical and soft skills, and we offer clear career progression pathways within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
