Principal / Associate Planner

Location: Bristol - Hybrid

What We're Looking For:

The team is experienced in obtaining financially viable planning permissions for clients across a wide range of Residential and Commercial projects. They are skilled in bringing forward large-scale regeneration projects and residential developments for leading housebuilders and private clients.

We are seeking applications from candidates who are MRTPI Chartered with experience ideally within private sector consultancy; however, those with extensive experience in either the private or public sector are encouraged to apply. Experience within Residential and Strategic Land is ideal!
