A rare opportunity to work client side for a dual office Building Services Consultancy. If you have wanted to work directly for the stakeholders and for a single client, then this opportunity presents the opportunity to do just that. It's also a pharmaceutical client, so it's everything from technical laboratory builds to office space improvements. The opportunity will be based out of Bolton, but you will also have to do Design Team Meetings in other offices in Manchester and on-site throughout the North West. The consultancy is well established and its relationship with this client is strong.

You will develop design from Feasibility to Stage 4. The company's reputation is solid and is known for providing engineering solutions that are innovative, well thought out, detailed, and functional. You will have engineers at hand to help you develop the designs and an equivalent Electrical Engineer to handle that side of the job.

You need to be able to demonstrate the following:

1. Solid technical understanding of Mechanical systems
2. Good working knowledge of renewable technology
3. Experience of providing solutions that are sustainable and meet carbon reduction objectives
4. Experience of leading Design Team Meetings
5. Client-facing experience/ability
6. Resourcing expertise
7. Estimating and Tendering experience

Chartership would be an advantage but it is by no means essential. Experience equivalent to the demands of the job is what they are looking for here. Ideally, regarding education, you will have a Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services Engineering.
