We have a new opportunity for a Principal or Associate Electrical Engineer to join our Oxford office. Our Oxford office provides local project support, especially in complex sectors such as Science, Research, and Healthcare. As a Principal or Associate Engineer, you will support and deliver electrical design projects, working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the technical delivery of electrical design services across various projects.
• Developing initial strategic concepts aligned with project briefs and standards.
• Engaging with stakeholders, attending meetings, and translating project briefs.
• Assisting in monitoring project budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Mentoring and supporting junior staff, including apprentices and graduates.

About you

To succeed, you should have:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar role, with a record of delivering complex projects.
• Experience with modern technical processes and software such as BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux, and Relux.
• Experience collaborating with clients, contractors, and architects in a consultancy environment.
• Self-awareness, openness, and a collaborative spirit.
• Experience supporting others’ professional development.
