Our client offers an exciting opportunity for a Principal Nuclear Safety Consultant to join their award-winning consultancy in Glasgow. With extensive experience supporting the nuclear industry, they work with operators and regulators across various markets including new build, existing generation, decommissioning, and defence.

The company specializes in safety cases, environmental management, nuclear safety governance, radioactive waste management, decommissioning strategy, and developing nuclear organizational capability. Their clients include EDF Energy, AWE, RWM Ltd., TEPCO, Horizon, Babcock Marine, and the MoD, providing services to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in science or engineering, with at least 10 years of UK industry experience in nuclear safety case development. They should be highly credible, capable of identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and skilled in delivering high-quality results.
