Principal .NET Engineer

As Principal Engineer, you’ll live and breathe software, bringing deep expertise in the Microsoft stack. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and enterprise architecture teams to drive complex transformation initiatives and build large-scale, bespoke cloud-based .NET platforms used worldwide.

What you’ll be doing as their Principal Engineer:

This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll be a true expert in .NET development and cloud engineering, using your skills to solve complex problems and shape engineering practices across your team.

• Drive innovation with a focus on code quality and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define strategy, best practices, and technical direction.
• Lead a team of engineers, fostering a strong, positive culture as well as technical excellence.
• Maintain deep technical expertise, guiding your team through engineering challenges.
• Work primarily with modern .NET technologies and cloud platforms—both AWS and Azure (experience in either is valued).
