Nexperia in the United Kingdom seeks a Principal Modelling Engineer to lead advanced Power MOSFET modelling and virtual prototyping. You will drive compact model development, system simulations, and cross-functional collaboration with product, applications and customers.
The role requires deep device physics knowledge, 6+ years in power semiconductors, and hands-on experience with SPICE, Verilog-A/VHDL-AMS, and tools like TCAD, LTspice, Cadence.

As a Principal Modelling Engineer, you will play a critical role in introducing new world-leading Power MOSFET technologies through advanced modelling, simulation, and virtual prototyping.
This role is suited to highly motivated engineers who enjoy pushing technological boundaries and solving complex technical challenges. You will combine deep expertise in device physics, behavioural modelling, and simulation with strong collaboration across product development, applications, and customer-facing teams.
