Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. seeks a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to lead the evolution of a large-scale AI and ML platform, balancing hands-on coding with strategic direction.

You will own the platform roadmap, enforce best practices, and ensure secure, scalable, observable, and production-ready AI systems across the org. You will define architecture for ML and agentic AI platforms, drive MLOps/LLMOps, and oversee CI/CD and IaC standards while mentoring engineers and guiding

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Machine Learning Engineering, Platform Engineering, MLOps, or AI Infrastructure.
• Strong Python expertise with production ML shipping experience.
• Deep Azure experience (AWS also considered).
• Knowledge of Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead architecture for ML and agentic AI platforms.
• Design and own MLOps and LLMOps across production environments.
• Build standards for CI/CD, IaC, deployment automation, and platform reliability.
• Lead agent-to-agent communication/orchestration framework implementations.
• Drive Azure-based AI infrastructure decisions and platform evolution.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise/legacy systems.
• Mentor engineers and serve as senior escalation point for platform and production issues.
