Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior or principal mechanical engineering role on large estates.
• Expertise in pressure systems, natural gas, water safety and complex HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technical leadership across the estate.
• Own compliance as Responsible/Authorised Person for mechanical installations.
• Lead lifecycle planning, surveys and maintenance for complex systems.
• Procure and manage external consultants and advise on major works.
• Drive energy efficiency and decarbonisation initiatives.
