Job summary

Outsource UK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Principal Mechanical Building Services Engineer to lead the mechanical design of complex projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and education sectors.

Based in a hybrid role with 2 days in the office, you will lead project teams (up to 10 engineers), collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and drive technically excellent, sustainable building services solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (BEng, MEng, BSc or MSc).
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
• Significant experience within a building services or engineering consultancy environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design projects.
• Previous line management or mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A leading global engineering consultancy is seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join its growing design team.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the office and flexibility to be based from multiple locations across the UK.
