A leading engineering consultancy in the UK is looking for a Principal Marine Engineer to spearhead marine engineering projects, mentor junior staff, and interface with clients to provide innovative solutions. Candidates must have a degree in a relevant STEM discipline and substantial experience in both commercial and naval maritime domains. They seek individuals passionate about technological advancements and sustainability in the marine industry.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in the commercial or naval maritime domain.
• Professional member of a relevant engineering institution.
• Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead pre-concept/concept vessel design and complex engineering tasks.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Investigate and solve complex technical problems.
• Interface with customers to deliver solutions.
