Qualifications

• Around six years or more of professional development experience with Java and Spring.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines/practices.
• Proven technical leadership and experience leading teams to solve problems.
• Confident people management experience, including direct line management and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality Java/Spring software and provide hands-on technical leadership.
• Lead teams across UX, Product and Test to guide delivery and improve practices.
• Champion Agile development and test-driven development.
• Mentor engineers and support their technical and professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and deliver value.
