About the Principal Java Developer role:

• As a Principal Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing backend, service, and portal systems. You will engage with a variety of languages, frameworks, libraries, and services, utilising state-of-the-art techniques, including Behavioural Driven Development, and CI/CD.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand partner needs, problems, and expectations; deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that add value to customers.
• Improve software development processes, methodologies, and tools through automation and simplification.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, accurate deliverables built with quality, focusing on end-user observable behaviors.
• Identify critical activities, help with estimation and planning, communicate status, resolve issues, and contribute proactively, adjusting priorities as needed.
