We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Architect to define the full Technical Architectural Roadmap for the Trust. The role involves leading and overseeing adherence to the architecture strategy and framework across ICT. The post holder will develop and govern architectural strategies, facilitating changes to maximize value for the Trust while minimizing disruptions.

The post holder will align ICT investments with business strategy, guiding the evolution of the current environment to support future capabilities. They will plan and support change initiatives driven by product upgrades, assessing impacts on the Trust, and ensuring teams can meet ongoing demands.
This is a technical management role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on responsibilities, supporting the development and operation of the Trust’s network infrastructure, applications, security, and disaster recovery policies. The role requires close collaboration with colleagues, clinicians, and directors to deliver robust infrastructure and solutions.
The post includes managing two teams: the Robotic Process Automation Team and the Call Forward Team.
