Job summary
Anglian Water is seeking a Principal Modeller to lead a portfolio of hydraulic modelling projects and drive strategic investment decisions. You will mentor a growing team of modellers, partner with operational and environmental experts, and deliver high‑quality modelling outputs to support water recycling initiatives.
The role offers home working with office locations across Peterborough and other test locations, with progression into leadership and exposure to cutting‑edge hydraulic modelling
Qualifications
- Proven technical leadership delivering complex hydraulic modelling.
- Expert in model build, calibration, verification, and uncertainty.
- Skilled in scripting and data analysis to improve efficiency.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic principles and asset performance.
- Experience mentoring technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Degree qualified with chartered status pursued.
