Qualifications

• Chartered member of a relevant professional institution (e.g. CEng MICE).
• Experience leading complex construction engineering services in highways and drainage.
• Ability to provide technical design management across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of temporary works design and checking for highways and drainage solutions.
• Provide tender and bid support, including outline design schemes and feasibility studies.
• Manage project leadership duties, define technical requirements and oversee design deliverables.
• Act as technical help desk, offering engineering expertise to support understanding.
• Develop technical standards and design processes to ensure consistent quality.
