Role Overview:

As a Consulting Principal, you will drive client engagements, oversee project delivery, and develop business opportunities. Responsibilities include providing strategic guidance, leading project teams, and building strong client relationships to ensure successful outcomes. The role requires deep industry knowledge, leadership skills, and client relationship management skills. This is a remote role with 50% travel, based in the UK & Ireland.

Requirements:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, resolve issues professionally, and manage performance improvement plans and review meetings.
• Business Development: Expand contacts, understand client markets, develop strategies for revenue growth, and manage negotiations and agreements.
• Strategic Leadership: Provide direction to consulting teams, stay updated on industry trends, and promote best practices within the company.
• Project Delivery: Oversee project execution, manage budgets and risks, ensure quality standards, and resolve service issues promptly.
