Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on AI/ML experience in production environments.
• End-to-end model lifecycle development including training and deployment.
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs, prompts, and conversational AI patterns.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs for enterprise applications.
• Strong background in MLOps, observability, and scalable deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of scalable GenAI systems into production.
• Develop end-to-end GenAI features including backend services and monitoring.
• Integrate and optimise LLMs for business planning use cases with prompt engineering and RAG.
• Build conversational interfaces and agentic workflows for complex tasks.
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure GenAI quality and user satisfaction.
• Develop APIs exposing AI capabilities to Anaplan's platform and third parties.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionise ML models and forecasting algorithms.
