My client, a leading digital product studio delivering modern software for blue-chip clients, is seeking a Principal Full-Stack Developer to lead the design and development of next-generation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and architecture of secure, scalable software products
• Build cloud-native solutions across AWS / Azure / GCP
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering a high-performance team culture

• Champion clean code, testing, DevSecOps, and Agile delivery principles

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in C#, TypeScript
• Commercial experience with React or Angular
• Proven track record building cloud-native applications
• Solid grasp of software design principles
• Excellent communicator and natural team collaborator
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
