Job summary

Abcam, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Principal Full Stack Engineer (Agentic AI) to accelerate the development of its Agentic AI platform in Cambridge. You will architect, guide the team, and ensure scalable, reliable AI solutions for internal and external customers.

You will establish best practices for GenAI/LLM applications, mentor engineers, and drive delivery of agentic workflows and RAG systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production-grade AI systems focusing on reliability and scalability.
• Expertise in RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM integration.

• Design and lead the delivery of Abcam’s Agentic AI platform and applications.
