Shape and grow our technical capability

You will help develop services across Flood Risk Assessment, Water EIA, permitting, geomorphology, BNG and flood management solutions.

You will collaborate with specialists across the UK, with fair and transparent allocation of project work aligned to your interests and development goals.

Strong client exposure and influence

You will build relationships with major clients such as National Highways, Network Rail, National Grid and Lead Local Flood Authorities.

Support and mentor others

You will guide junior colleagues, review technical outputs and contribute to capability development across the team.

What you will do ...

  • Manage project budgets, programmes and quality, ensuring high standards of health and safety
  • Provide technical guidance, training and oversight for junior colleagues
  • Contribute to innovation and the continued development of WSPs capability in flood risk and the wider water environment
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…
