The successful candidate will bring a proven 360 Finance recruitment track record, develop new business, and cross-sell within Real Estate clients, with potential for progression into management.

• Seasoned 360 Finance recruiter with a strong billing track record.
• Confident in developing new business and expanding key accounts.
• Excellent market knowledge and ability to create a recognised specialism.
• Commercial approach to account management and cross-selling.
• Willing to contribute beyond own desk and develop into management.
