Emerson T&M (Test & Measurement) is searching for a customer-focused marketing leader to join our Field Marketing team in EMEA. Based in the UK, the role collaborates closely with our EMEA field marketing and local sales teams to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue across our customers in EMEA. The experienced candidate should have a deep understanding of the UK and greater Europe test and measurement market, a strong focus on customer and sales success, experience in account-based marketing and sales enablement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Be a trusted partner to EMEA sales & marketing leadership by understanding and supporting the needs of the region through careful planning of marketing strategies and programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership and account managers to understand the country business goals, related account landscape, and specific goals to achieve revenue growth.
  • Identify marketing strategies needed and collaborate with global marketing and BU teams to develop activities, messaging, and enablement to drive effective marketing activation in the region.
  • Leverage customer relationships, regional preferences, and industry knowledge to ensure marketing and event efforts are localized and relevant.
  • Utilize industry associations, partners, and third-party media to increase NI awareness and reach local customers effectively.
  • Lead regional sales communications (newsletters, trainings, updates) to ensure sales awareness and engagement with marketing campaigns, content, and local events.
  • Monitor activity effectiveness and demand growth by checking reports in SFDC and enabling account-specific communication and activation.
