Job description

Local authority in the West Midlands is currently looking for a Principal Estate Surveyor for an initial contract of 6 months.

Purpose of the role:

To assist in solving land and property related problems associated with projects undertaken by the Council, give property advice to internal clients and work with partners on the operational and surplus parts of the portfolio, negotiate disposal of surplus property.
