PRINCIPAL ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

Location: London, UK

2 days onsite per week

A market leading and global CPG company is hiring for a new Principal Enterprise Architect.

As a Principal Enterprise Architect, you will shape the future of IT at this leading CPG organisation, driving global innovation and transformation across all technology platforms. You will be a visionary leader who:

Architects the system landscape to support the transformation into a multi-category organisation
Works with IT Technology Platform Leaders and Domain Architects to create flexible, robust architecture
Translates strategies from different regions, categories, and functions into a unified technology roadmap
Guides key technology transformation initiatives and influences crucial decision-making processes
Co-leads the architecture community of practice and provides expert advice to stakeholders
Helps build a high-performing team through leadership and mentorship

Required Experience

10+ years of Architecture experience with a proven track record in complex transformations
Ability to engage effectively at Director/VP level with strong grasp of business and technology strategy
Extensive knowledge across architectural domains (data technology, system integration, application modularisation)
Strong understanding of Consumer/Commercial and Operations domains
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
University degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with architecture industry standards and tools (TOGAF, PRINCE, ITIL, LeanIX) is advantageous
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods and Life Sciences sectors is a plus
