Salary: £64,340 - £80,000 per annum + holiday, pension, life insurance
Location: RG7 4PR, between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking

The Principal Engineering Manager will oversee teams of engineers, ensuring the delivery of maintenance and engineering services to maximize plant and facility availability. This involves stakeholder engagement, governance, management, and compliance with relevant regulations, legislations, and codes.
Due to the classified nature of the work, remote working is limited. The successful candidate will primarily work onsite at AWE Aldermaston.
