Job Title: Principal Engineer (WTG Foundations)
Location: London or Bristol (Hybrid, with travel to HQ if Bristol-based)

Who are we recruiting for?

A rapidly growing and award-winning offshore wind engineering consultancy leading innovation in monopile foundation design.

What will you be doing?

1. Leading structural design and optimisation of primary steel monopile foundations using cutting-edge in-house software.
2. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure design excellence across all project stages.
3. Managing technical delivery of multiple offshore wind foundation projects to budget and timeline.
4. Providing expert insight on fatigue, load calculations, structural integrity, and offshore codes.
5. Mentoring junior engineers and championing innovation in monopile technologies.

Are you the ideal candidate?

1. 8+ years in offshore wind or marine structural engineering, specialising in monopile primary steel design.
2. Strong understanding of global analysis, marine loads, and soil-structure interaction.
3. Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering; chartered or working towards chartership.
4. Familiarity with design tools (in-house and industry standard, e.g. Sesam suite).
5. Proven leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
