Xpertise Recruitment is seeking a Principal Engineer - Client Implementations and Integrations in Central London. Hybrid work 2–3 days per week. You will lead a growing European team delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations and integrations for top financial services clients.

You’ll influence delivery standards, engage senior stakeholders, and shape product and platform strategy while mentoring engineers and consulting staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles.
• Experience managing technical consulting, implementation or integration teams.
• Deep background in enterprise SaaS delivery and APIs/integrations.

• Lead the European Technical Practice across Europe.
• Own the technical delivery excellence for enterprise SaaS implementations.
