An established industry player is seeking a Principal Engineer for their Central Data team. This role offers the chance to influence best practices in data management and improve processes using ERP systems. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring robust MRP outputs and supporting daily operations. An opportunity has arisen for a Principal Engineer to work in the Central Data team to ensure the effectiveness of tools, processes and policies which are in place.
Salary: Circa £47,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3/4 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

We are looking for an engineer with experience in the use of ERP systems, who would enjoy sharing their knowledge and experience to influence and develop best practice. You will be responsible for defining and managing audit strategies in line with the master data policy working with the wider engineering and planning teams to drive improvements and standardisation.
