• Producing complex technical designs in collaboration with architects, ensuring scalability, security and fit for purpose.
• Monitoring team performance; coaching colleagues to develop skills and capabilities.
• Defining training plans for engineers to meet strategic goals of the organisation.
• Updating and distributing organisational standards including GDPR and OWASP.
