Home Office Digital is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead engineering work across teams, ensuring sustainable systems and alignment with the Digital, Data and Technology strategy. You will line manage or supervise Lead Engineers and coordinate with architects to optimise delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple engineering teams.
• Experience with security and privacy standards (GDPR/OWASP).
• Ability to produce scalable, secure designs in collaboration with architects.
• Comfort using modern programming languages to code, test and document.
