Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical leadership on the maintenance and management of highway structures.
  2. Deliver feasibility studies, project plans, and cost estimates.
  3. Oversee design, strengthening, and improvement works in line with CDM regulations.
  4. Review third-party infrastructure proposals and provide expert guidance.
  5. Conduct abnormal load assessments and ensure structural integrity.
  6. Manage procurement, budgets, and contractor performance.
  7. Represent the engineering function in stakeholder meetings and deputise for senior leadership when required.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering highway or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of structural standards, CDM regulations, and asset management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
