Job summary

Solirius Reply is seeking a Principal Engineer (Java) to lead software delivery across multiple public and private sector client engagements. You will operate as a senior technical leader, shaping architecture, standards and best practices while guiding teams and stakeholders through complex design decisions.

The role emphasises hands-on Java engineering, strategic thinking, and strong communication to drive outcomes.

• Identify and create ideas for technical solutions.
• Provide feedback to project teams on progress and outcomes.
• Advise developers on technical decisions.
• Work on a variety of projects and challenges as a consultant with us.
