This is a hands-on Staff/IC Engineer role with a strong emphasis on ownership, autonomy, and building scalable systems from the ground up. What We’re Looking For

• Expertise across back-end and full-stack capabilities
• Proficiency in Python and/or Go
• Strong background in building secure systems; authentication, authorization, encryption, and threat modelling
• Experience shipping high-quality SDKs or client-side libraries
• Expertise in distributed systems and modern backend architectures (microservices, event-driven)
• Deep knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching layers (Redis)
• Solid understanding of REST API design and integration
• Familiarity with containerized deployment, cloud platforms (especially AWS), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, especially around developer documentation

Bonus Points For

• Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing cloud-native applications in AWS
• Understanding of blockchain protocols, crypto wallets, EVM environments, or on-chain interactions
• Experience building or integrating with AI systems
• Frontend: React, Next.js
• Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, Lambda, Fargate, S3, CloudWatch), Terraform
• DevOps: GitHub Actions, Gitflow
• Security & Provenance: Hyperledger Besu, C2PA
