Job description

Responsibilities

• Conducting risk assessments, ensuring safe systems of work, and maintaining health and safety compliance
• Assisting in delivering structural tests when required
• Coordinating all internal and external contributors, stakeholders, and suppliers
• Participating in weekly team meetings at the test center
• Delivering technical expertise in industrial control systems (preferably MOOG Aerospace test software, MTS Aeropro) and/or test data acquisition (preferably HBK, Catman)
• Supporting the development of training methodologies and materials

Experience required

• Education or equivalent proven experience in control systems engineering or related disciplines (e.g., Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, Physics)
• Experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Experience in structures, materials, or systems testing is desirable
• Skills in instrumentation, control systems, data acquisition, or hydraulic control
• Experience with industrial control systems (MOOG / MTS) or test data acquisition (HBK / Catman)
• Good understanding of hydraulics, specifically servo-hydraulic control
