Job Purpose

Inspect houses in accordance with HHSRS, serving enforcement notices and taking high-level enforcement actions such as prosecutions and CPNs.

Key Duties/Accountabilities
  • Carry out inspections under HHSRS
  • Write schedules of work and serve notices under Housing Act 2004
  • Prepare prosecution bundles and appear as a witness in court and/or at FTT
  • Serve CPNs

  • Extensive experience in carrying out inspections under HHSRS
  • Experience in writing schedules of work and serving notices under Housing Act 2004
  • Experience in preparing prosecution bundles and appearing as a witness in court and/or at FTT
  • Experience in serving CPNs
  • Extensive experience in inspecting houses in accordance with HHSRS, serving enforcement notices, and taking high-level enforcement actions such as prosecutions and CPNs
