Job description

Are you a strong Employee Benefits professional ready to take the lead on complex, high-value client relationships? Do you thrive in a strategic, consultative role where your insight shapes the future of employee wellbeing?

We're looking for a Principal Consultant to join an industry leading Employee Benefits proposition and their Mid Market and Large Corporate Consulting team based in the South of England. You'll work with some of the most prominent organisations, helping them develop innovative and impactful benefits strategies.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of large, complex clients

  • Lead benefit strategy reviews and shape long-term employee wellbeing outcomes

  • Drive commercial growth and support cross-functional collaboration

  • Contribute to market visibility through events, content, and thought leadership

  • Mentor and influence internal teams while setting direction for the wider region

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in the Employee Benefits industry specifically across Group Risk and Healthcare

  • Strong leadership presence and proven success in client management

  • Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering revenue growth

  • Up-to-date knowledge of Employee Benefits and market trends

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to elevate conversations beyond your immediate remit
