Principal Electronics Design Engineer

Yoh Solutions are delighted to be working with an engineering partner, who are currently recruiting for a Principal Electronic Design Engineer, ideally with experience in lighting.

This hire is to facilitate growth within the team (increase in headcount), due to an increasing number of projects. If you are a Principal/Senior Electronic Design Engineer, we are very keen to hear from you!

What is expected day to day…

• Lead the design and development of analogue power electronics/mixed signal design
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers
• Create solutions to complex design challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of power electronics
• Design and develop analogue circuits for power systems and power conversion
• Design and develop electronic systems/LED lighting/HMI controls
• Create, review and approve technical documentation, circuit designs, PCB Layouts etc.
• Select appropriate materials and components for the design
