Principal Electromechanical Hardware Design Engineer - Medical Devices - Oxford

A growing and well-funded scale-up Medical Devices company in Oxford is hiring a Senior or Principal Electromechanical Hardware Design Engineer. You will contribute to the development of innovative Medical Devices that advance the sector.

Main responsibilities include leading the design and development of complex electronic circuits in compliance with Medical Devices standards such as ISO 13485 and IEC 60601.

You will work on hardware and electronics design, testing, and validation of Medical Devices, including developing testing rigs to ensure safety for human use.

Collaboration with manufacturing and process engineering teams will be essential to facilitate a smooth transition from development to production.

We seek principal and senior-level candidates with extensive experience in Medical Devices, including mentoring junior engineers.
