The Position

Join an independent engineering consultancy at the forefront of the Energy and Building Services Engineering sector as a Principal Electrical Engineer.

You will work on varied and interesting projects that make sustainable improvements for end-users.

The role as a Principal includes but is not limited to:

• Leading the development of the briefing and strategy for a project
• Ensuring the day-to-day running of projects and deliverables are carried out with input from other staff
• Establishing and nurturing client relationships and identifying additional opportunities with the client base.

You must have the strong ability to direct, motivate, and manage team members across multiple projects.

You will work within a clear and supportive development framework that helps you flourish and expand both within the team and as an individual. Your development is tracked through regular one-to-one sessions with your line manager, with clear pathways for progression tailored to your training and career aspirations.

They hold regular collaborative workshops, ‘Wired Wednesdays,’ and CPD sessions to foster team development, industry awareness, and knowledge sharing.
