Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the technical delivery of complex electrical systems for large-scale data centre developments. You will act as a senior technical authority within multidisciplinary project teams, guiding design and assurance across all phases from concept to construction.

You'll mentor engineers, contribute to technical excellence, and support growth of the electrical discipline.

Do you want to lead the technical delivery of complex electrical engineering solutions for large-scale data centre projects? As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will act as a senior technical authority within multidisciplinary project teams, leading the design and assurance of critical electrical systems across major data centre developments. You'll play a key role in maintaining engineering quality while helping teams deliver practical, high-performing solutions.

You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development and technical design through to coordination, review and support during construction. Alongside project delivery responsibilities, you'll help mentor engineers, contribute to technical excellence and support the continued growth of the electrical discipline.
