Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to take technical ownership of major civil packages on world-class data centre developments. You will lead design from concept through delivery, setting technical direction and ensuring top quality and performance across projects.

You will influence outcomes through constructability, risk management and best practice, while mentoring engineers and advancing design standards.

As a Principal Civil Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership across a portfolio of large-scale projects, guiding civil engineering design from concept through delivery. You'll play a key role in developing engineering solutions, reviewing technical outputs and helping ensure projects achieve the highest standards of quality and performance.

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll influence project outcomes through your expertise in civil infrastructure, site development, constructability and engineering best practice.
