We are supporting a client within the Building Services Engineering space who have enjoyed a sustained period of growth.

About You:

• Reporting to the Director of Building Services, you will act as a key liaison to clients, whilst also looking to continue to build out the team in the future
• You will be responsible for tasks related to the design, development, and implementation of Electrical Systems in buildings, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
• You will be part of the key design team to assist with the preparation of schemes across a wide variety of sectors.
• The role will be demanding and require a forward thinking individual who is also a self-starter, able to multitask and manage more than one live project at any given time.
• You will be a key part of the Senior Management Team in the ongoing development of the business and maintain strong customer relationships with our current client base.
• You will have a good understanding of the design of Electrical Services across a variety of building types and industry sectors, and with a reasonable understanding of Mechanical Services Design.
• You will assist with the financial management of the project fee throughout the various phases of the project.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Building Services - Electrical Design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Preparation of specifications
• Experience in Project Management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in the preparation of CAD/REVIT drawings for Electrical Services designs.
• HNC/HND/Degree in Building Services / BS 7671 Requirements of Electrical Installation
• Membership of CIBSE/IET
• Knowledge of calculation software (Relux / Trimble)
