The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused Electrical Building Services engineer to join our team at our office in Birmingham. You will play a leading role in delivering innovative electrical design solutions for building projects in the UK, Ireland, and internationally.

Working across sectors such as Education, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Retail, and Critical Systems, you will lead a team of engineers and technicians, collaborating with various disciplines to deliver technically excellent and profitable projects.

You will develop and maintain client relationships to maximize satisfaction and repeat business, using your expertise to manage, motivate, and inspire less experienced engineers.

The Skills

A Chartered Engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (MEng, BEng, or equivalent), with extensive consultancy experience in electrical building services (distribution, power generation, lighting, security systems, etc.). You should have proven technical skills in relevant design software and a portfolio demonstrating quality and client focus.

In your recent role, you must have managed multiple large-scale projects and teams successfully, exceeding client expectations, with a passion for creative and intuitive design.

Excellent communication and project management skills are essential for this collaborative, client-focused role.
