Location & hours
Brighton/Home Hybrid Working, with occasional site visits in the Southeast
Full time Monday to Friday 37 hours a week; however Southern Water offer a flexible working policy

Job Overview
As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team focused on creating innovative and sustainable solutions for complex water and wastewater projects. Your role will involve developing outline designs for cutting-edge, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible water recycling plants and other advanced facilities. With an emphasis on innovation, you will have the opportunity to evaluate and trial new technologies and products, helping to shape the future of the water industry.
About You
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 10 years' experience within arelevant industry
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and manage complex engineering challenges.
Full driving licence, as you will be attending site visits.
