Origin Enterprises is seeking a Senior/Principal Ecologist to lead projects, prepare detailed ecological reports, and deliver assessments across the UK. The role emphasizes wind energy schemes and conventional development within a collaborative team.

You will engage with clients remotely, liaise with planning authorities and regulators, and supervise junior ecologists while coordinating sub-consultants. A relevant degree and consultancy background are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ecological assessments and reporting.
• Experience on renewable wind projects and development schemes.
• Mentoring junior staff and coordinating small teams.
• Knowledge of UK environmental policy and legislation.
• Ability to produce clear, robust technical reports.
