Job description

A Principal Ecologist is required to lead and support an existing team working across a range of sectors. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team, and will be offered a flexible working arrangement. This is an exciting opportunity to run an ecology team and work for a company that is environmentally focused in its operations.

You will have previous experience managing projects across a range of species and be confident in delivering technical work. As part of your role, you will mentor and develop junior staff, review technical reports, and work as part of a national ecology team. You’ll be keen to develop new business and be responsible for the management and development of a team.

You will have:

  • Previous UK consultancy experience
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • A Full UK Drivers license
