isepglobal is seeking a Principal Ecologist in Norwich to lead a portfolio of ecological projects, oversee surveys and reports, and provide senior technical guidance to clients.

We require a relevant ecology/environment degree or equivalent experience, significant consultancy experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential.

With a strong team of environmental professionals, the company works across terrestrial ecology, freshwater, marine ecology, GIS and habitat management, providing varied projects and opportunities for career development.

We are currently seeking an experienced Principal Ecologist to join the team in Norwich. The Principal Ecologist will take a senior leadership role in managing and delivering a diverse range of ecological projects, providing technical advice to clients, overseeing surveys and reports, and supporting business development. The role will also involve mentoring junior colleagues, managing client relationships and contributing to tenders and project proposals.
